Application Techniques
1. The product is applicable to double-sided spraying and gluing.
2. Spraying area: about 12m2/kg.
3. The glue should be evenly sprayed without any glue deposition or missed place;
4. The air pressure of spray gun should be kept between 3-8 kgs;
5. Proper force should be applied in the bonding process to ensure better bonding effect.
Application Process
1. The product should be evenly sprayed on the surface of the object to be bonded, and the material surface should be clean and free of any grease, dust or other impurities;
2. The product should be evenly sprayed on the material surface with a nozzle;
3. After the surface is evenly sprayed, the object bonded should be placed for 1-5 minutes. If your hand does not stick the glue when touching the glue line, you may put pressure for bonding;
4. Proper pressure will make the bonding effect better, and the tensile force will reach the maximum 24 hours after bonding.
